Heartandsoul Wellness Center & BodyWise sponsors the 90-day “Life Change Challenge!” Our goal is to help women make life changes that will be beneficial in all areas of their life. We not only want to help women make changes but also show them ways to lose unwanted pounds and body fat through healthy eating, exercise and mental awareness.
The 10 Life Change Challenge participants lost 190 pounds!
You are better to the others in your life if you take care of yourself. It is not a selfish thing like we so often think, If we take the time to plan – our exercise, meals, day, etc – we are much happier and better to the others in our life.

The BODYWISE products and class participation at heartandsoul has made a tremendous impact on my life. You too, Sherri, have made an impact on my success, as well as the class instructors at heartandsoul. I will never forget your advice to “never go back to your old habits” or Monica’s saying to “take one day at a time and do the best that you can.” I get up each morning with the thought that I must make the correct choices so I can achieve my goal---it is my #1 priority. I have made considerable progress in becoming healthy, but I still have a long way to go.
Obese is such a harsh word, and it is even more harsh when you are 50 years old and become out of breath after simply walking up the stairs. After hearing the presentation made in November by Gary from BODYWISE, I thought why not try it. After shedding 43 pounds and going down two pant sizes since then, I am feeling so much better about myself. I am really enjoying the compliments that I continually receive.
I feel that you need a combination of healthy eating and routine exercise to be successful. As you promote, you must schedule exercise into your schedule---not just exercise when you have time, as time is very hard to find in everyone’s busy schedule. I exercise three times a week at heartandsoul and I do look forward to coming to class. What a good feeling you get after exercising!
